The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. the manager on nights and days were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly. the roll-away bed provided for my kids was a pleasant surprise, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated the access to the M Club, offering a variety of drinks and appetizers throughout the day. The hotel's location was perfect for our activities, with convenient access to the Kentucky International Convention Center via the skywalk. the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. the on-site amenities, including the fitness center, yoga studio, and indoor pool, catered to our relaxation and wellness needs. While the room and services were top-notch, I found the pricing for parking and Wi-Fi a bit steep. the food options, though limited, were satisfactory. However, the Bourbon flights and Southern-inspired cuisine at Porch Kitchen & Bar were delightful. Overall, the Louisville Marriott Downtown provided a relaxing retreat with its spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and attentive staff. I would definitely consider staying here again for a leisure trip or a city escape with my family.
